Cancellation Policy

• • Free cancellation: You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.
    Free cancellation deadlines are in the property’s timezone.

• • Prepayment: No prepayment is needed.

The fine print

• • The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in.
    Please note that when booking for 9 guests or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

• • Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
    Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
    This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
  • The minimum age of the guest accepted without the presence of a legal guardian is 21 years old, no parties and no visitors are allowed.

• • Please inform Broc House Suites in advance of your expected arrival time.

• • You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
    A damage deposit of €200 for Studio/One-Bedroom apartment or €250 for Penthouse is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out.
    Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
